I just saw this page on Squidoo about HHO Conversion Kits
You install your HHO Conversion Kit, and then pour distilled water into its container. The conversion kit turns the distilled water into HHO gas (two parts hydrogen, one part oxygen).
This gas allows your car to burn fuel much more efficiently. According to this site, 80% of fuel is wasted when you drive your car. These HHO Kits help regain some of that fuel into useful energy that runs your car.
